Local plan - general information
The West Lothian Local Plan is the emerging development plan for West Lothian, but has not yet been adopted. It is expected to be adopted in 2009 and will replace the five adopted area local plans: Bathgate, Broxburn, Calders, Linlithgow and Livingston.
