Transportation Advice on Street Trading
STREET TRADERS
Any person wishing to site a mobile snack bar on the public road network should contact the Transportation Development Planning team for advice on the suitability or otherwise of the proposed trading location.
Depending upon the circumstances, planning permission may also be required and contact should be made with the Development Control Manager to discuss matters further.
A Street Traders Licence must also be obtained from the council?s Legal Services Licensing Section.
