Dog waste bins
West Lothian Council provides a range of sites where customers can deposit dog fouling. We also provide a service for members of the public to report dog fouling in their area and provide dog fouling bins which allows dog foul to be disposed of in a responsible manner.
To get a dog-waste bin in your area, contact NETs and Land Services on 01506 775000 with details of the proposed location for the bin. They will carry out a site inspection and install a bin if appropriate.
If your street is badly littered with dog fouling and you would like it cleaned up, contact the litter hotline on 0800 616446 and arrangements will be made to have the mess cleaned up.
