Service Standards

We will:

provide up-to-date bus timetable information in all shelters and at selected bus stops;

keep stops and shelters clean and well maintained;

arrange for major repairs to stops and shelters to be carried out within seven days (where structure is unsafe, emergency repairs will be carried out within 24 hours of notification); and assess requirements for shelters throughout West Lothian.
