Ask Scotland (new window) is an online information service provided by Scotland's public libraries that lets you get real answers from real people. You can email a question using the online form (new window), or chat (new window) with a librarian using our instant messaging service, which is available 9am -5pm, Monday to Friday.
Library Services Survey Analysis 2011
Library customers regularly help shape our services by giving their opinions on the service which they receive which helps inform future development. This latest survey shows that the majority of our customers value the service and are fairly treated by our staff. 90.1% rate the service as excellent, with 92.8% rating the speed of service as excellent.
