The Statement of Accounts
West Lothian Council's Accounts outline the financial position of the Council at the end of each financial year. The financial year is from 1st April to 31st March each year. The Statement of Accounts present fairly the financial transactions of the Council for the respective period. Copies of previous years' accounts are available in the downloadabale section.
Council Tax
The council funds services through government grants and Council Tax. You can pay online, by direct debit, over the phone and in person.
