Councillor Jim Walker
Councillor Jim Walker (SNP) is Executive Councillor for Culture and Leisure and Chair of Bathgate Local Area Committee. Councillor Walker is also Chair of the Culture and Leisure Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel and Vice-Chair of teh Education Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel. He is a member of the Council Executive, Education Executive, Employee Appeals Committee, Licensing Board, Licensing Committee, Policy Partnership and Resources Committee, West Lothian Council, West Lothian Council (Planning) and West Lothian Leisure Advisory Committee.
He is also a member of the Almond Valley Heritage Trust, Bathgate Town Centre Management Group, Citizens Advice Bureau West Lothian, Craigsfarm Community Development Project, Enterprising Bathgate Limited Board of Directors, Scottish Museums Council, West Lothian Twinning Association, West Lothian Ventures Group and West Lothian/Grapevine Twinning Association.
