Minutes, agendas and reports

Committee Services administers the Council Information System (CoIns).  This system is used to produce online agendas, link the reports to the agenda and finally link the decision to the report.  This give you the option of tracking a decison back to the report and Committee Meeting and tracing the final decision from the agenda.

The links to the right will open the information in a new window, minutes of the meeting can be downloaded from the link within the new window.
