We are always keen to hear from you. Do you have a question you would like us to answer? Or would you like to tell us about your experience of a council service - good or bad - or indeed the website? There are a number of ways you can contact us.

By telephone: You can also speak to a trained adviser using the number on the right. Our team is available from 8am to 10pm (Monday to Friday) to speak to you. We are also available from 10pm on a Friday to 8am on a Monday to assist with emergency calls.
Visit us: Customer Information Services (CIS) centres are located throughout West Lothian.
Armadale - 1 to 3 East Main Street. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm; Wednesday 8.30am to 3pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Bathgate - Bathgate CIS, Lindsay House, South Bridge Street, Bathgate. Open: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm; and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Blackburn - Blackburn Connected, The Mill Centre. Open: Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 9am to 3pm, Thursday 9am to 7pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9.30am to 12.30am.
Broxburn - Strathbrock Partnership Centre, 189a West Main Street. Open: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Fauldhouse Partnership Centre - Open: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am to 8pm; Wednesday & Friday: 9:30am to 6pm and Saturday: 9:30am to 1pm.
Linlithgow - County Buildings. Open: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Carmondean - Carmondean Connected, Carmondean Centre, Deans, Livingston. Open: Monday and Friday: 09:30-17:30; Tuesday and Thursday: 09:30-19:30; Wednesday: 10:00-17:30; Saturday: 09:30-12:30
West Calder - 24 to 26 Main Street. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm, Wednesday 10.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Livingston - West Lothian Connected, Almondvale Centre. Monday, Tuesday from 8.30am to 5pm, Wednesday 10.00am to 5pm, Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm and Saturday 09.30am to 2.30pm
Whitburn - 5 East Main Street. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm; Wednesday 8.30am to 3pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
