Equal Futures - Information Session

For those of us who have a relative with a disability one of the most pressing questions we face is "What will happen to my child or loved one when I am no longer here?"

Come along and hear how to create a plan for the future which provides for the safety, security and well being for the individual.  Equal Futures is a mutual and hospitable association created by and for families which include a member with a disability.
