Schools - complaints procedure

West Lothian Council provides a specially dedicated customer care service to help parents who have concerns about their children's education, or for members of the public who have a complaint about their local library, sports, arts or community centre.

Complaints will be dealt with using clearly set out procedures which are easy to understand.   Procedures will, where possible, be consistent across different parts of the organisation and will cover the whole of Education & Cultural Services.

Detailed information on the complaints procedure can be found in the Comments and Complaints Policy and Procedures for Education & Cultural Services under 'Online Tools' on the right.
